The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Compliance Manager to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing QMS policies and procedures to maintain high standards of compliance;
  • Supporting audits by customers and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless interactions;
  • Delivering training sessions to educate colleagues on QMS principles and cGMP regulations;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and cGMP guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field and significant experience in quality assurance and compliance;
  • A strong understanding of cGMP principles and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
