Deliver Excellence in Store to Home Deliveries
We are seeking a highly experienced Class 2 Driver to join our Store to Home team in St Helens. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering B&Q products to customer premises on a multi-drop basis, supporting the lorry loader fleet to deliver bulk products, and maintaining accurate driving/working time records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customer premises on a multi-drop basis, averaging 16 drops per day off-peak and 24 drops per day in peak season
- Support the lorry loader fleet to deliver bulk products to curbside locations at customer premises
- Maintain accurate driving/working time records using the Tachomaster system and manual entries
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
- Ensure all products are checked off the vehicle and the customer receives the correct products and delivery documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience with multi-drops, store deliveries is preferable but not essential
- A full UK driving licence with category C Entitlement
- A current brick grab attachment lorry loader ticket
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
- An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS Check)

- An hourly rate of £14.97, with an annual salary of £31,137.60
- An additional £5.50 per hour when working on Sunday
- A potential to earn an additional £100 every 6 months via the attendance bonus scheme (T&Cs apply)

- An additional £1.11 per hour when operating HIAB crane
