About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at a rapidly growing Snacks and Confectionary brand. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, including picking, packing, and storing goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing goods for production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing stock levels and inventory, reporting any discrepancies or issues
  • Operating forklifts and other vehicles to move and handle goods safely and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
  • Valid Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
