Job Summary:
The role of the VP - Hedge Fund & Private Equity Credit Specialist at Eximius Finance involves evaluating transactions risk across the business, covering a full range of complex products. This position demands excellence in analysis, underwriting, monitoring, and drives global consistency across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate transactions risk across the business, covering a full range of complex products.
- Conduct and take ownership of the Credit Approval process, generate risk rating, and update as needed, perform quality control of the Approval/Risk Rating Scorecard.
- Negotiate credit structures and documentation, including ISDA's, Derivatives Clearing, Prime Brokerage, and Repo documents.
- Facilitate relationships with key clients in Banking and Risk.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Hedge funds & Private equity lending.
- Held individual authority in a top-tier bank.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leading bank in the HF/PE credit space.
