Dental Care Coordinator

Main Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the dentist during dental procedures, maintaining a high standard of patient care. This will involve preparing and maintaining the dental surgery for clinical procedures, providing chairside support to the dentist, and ensuring efficient and smooth patient flow.

Additionally, the Dental Nurse will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality, and sterilizing instruments and equipment following infection control guidelines.

Key Skills and Attributes

We are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications and a valid GDC registration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, a compassionate approach, and strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively are also essential, as well as proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records.

Benefits and Working Hours

This is a full-time role with a salary of 15.50 per hour. Shifts will be Monday to Wednesday 8.30 to 5.30, Thursday 8.30am to 7pm, Friday 8.30 to 4pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm (1 per month).
