Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dairymaster as a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and working proactively to build relationships.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of dairy machines and equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and computer literacy. A full driving license is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers
  • Undertake daily customer service calls for breakdown/repair/service
  • Ensure prompt response and solution to customer queries/issues
  • Prepare documentation and submit service reports
  • Work proactively to build relationships with customers
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of dairy machines and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Computer literate with good Excel skills
  • Full driving license
