Estimating Professional Opportunities

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position involves working as an integral member of the commercial team, supporting the Commercial Manager and Managing Quantity Surveyor. You will provide leadership to the Quantity Surveyors and build strong relationships with internal and client counterparts.
Key responsibilities include managing commercial projects from pre-contract stage through to completion, ensuring contracts returns are maximised and complete forecasting across all works. You will also engage and manage sub-contracts, support the production of monthly CVRs, and work to produce both internal and client forecasts.
In this role, you will liaise with stakeholders across the businesses of Riney, Tarmac, and CRH. A car or car allowance is available with this role, and you must hold a FULL UK car driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
