Digital Workplace Product Owner

About the Role
The Digital Workplace Product Owner will be a key member of the Digital Enterprise Services Product team, responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, development, and ongoing operation of their assigned products across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of specialists in ensuring the user satisfaction, value, cost, availability, and lifecycle of products, eliminating duplication, inefficiency, and obsolescence, while effectively managing risk.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders to understand and optimize the value delivered by products to the organization.
- Collaborate with in-sector support and Service Management teams to ensure products are deployed, operated, and consumed effectively across the business.
- Work closely with other Product Owners to deliver an integrated, cost-effective service to the organization and its customers.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT services within an enterprise-level IT environment.
- Full-lifecycle accountability for a technology or product domain delivered in a complex business environment.
- Knowledge and awareness of Microsoft Cloud platforms (M365, Azure, Identity, and Information Security).
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical direction for a technical team.
- Awareness and understanding of IT and corporate systems, current trends, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant applications and platforms, including user rights.
