Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse to join our Theatre Department as a Theatre Team Lead. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary of up to £44k, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled staff to provide planned perioperative care
  • Support the theatre manager with regular updates and reports
  • Analyse staff and theatre management problems to find solutions
  • Provide specialist advice and expertise to the team and consultants
  • Liaise with consultants regarding planning and special requirements

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC or NMC registration)
  • At least 2 years orthopaedic scrub experience

  • Previous leadership experience (advantageous)
