At NEXT, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Product Experience Manager will be responsible for demonstrating and training all brand initiatives, including selling, bra fitting, product knowledge, and brand standards that drive customer satisfaction and total sales. You will support building a customer-centric culture through all associates by training and demonstrating best-in-class selling and fitting capabilities. Additionally, you will actively lead and participate in brand launch activities, including floorsets, education, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate best-in-class selling capabilities focused on driving bras as the key differentiator both in the sales floor and in the fitting room.
  2. Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in executing Bra Certification, maintaining 100% of applicable associates certified at all times.
  3. Actively take non-peak CSL segments supporting overall store sales.
  4. Support SLT in planning and executing product education by leveraging all company and brand tools.
  5. Ensure brand launches are executed flawlessly by participating in and training associates on new products, mapping, and customer feedback.
  6. Demonstrate a high level of brand knowledge, including store standards, supporting overall store execution.
  7. Support SLT in reviewing Mystery Shop reports and actively plan training to improve results.
  8. Ensure customer experiences at cash wrap are efficient and service standards are of a high level.
  9. Support SLT in dealing with any customer-related queries, including complaints, parcels/orders.
  10. Support overall store operations by demonstrating and training all brand and store initiatives.
  11. Actively lead opening/closing activities, including setting direction, close-to-open recovery while driving team productivity.
