  • Contribute to enhancing asset reliability and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Effectively utilize SAP PM for managing maintenance activities and documentation.
  • Develop and implement a robust maintenance approach for bakery equipment, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with production teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Stay informed about quality and food safety regulations, adhering to company standards and specifications.
