This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in quality improvement and patient-centered care, while working with a dedicated team of professionals.
As a Care Development Professional, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our nursing staff to achieve high-quality patient care.
You will also provide training and support to international nurses preparing for their OSCE examination, and facilitate additional support for the care team as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience and excellent communication skills.
They will also have experience in facilitating learning and development for healthcare professionals, including planning, implementing, and evaluating training interventions.
A competitive salary commensurate with experience will be offered, along with enhanced annual leave, mileage, and local regional operations manager support.
