HR Leader

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team at STAFFING LAB LIMITED as an HR Manager.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Cannock with regular travel to Wolverhampton and South Wales.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to demonstrate their expertise in managing HR functions effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. To oversee the HR department and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. To manage employee relationships and resolve any conflicts or grievances that may arise.
3. To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
4. To provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
