Job Role: Healthcare IT Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to coordinate the administration of the Trust's Patient Administration System and the Trust's Digital Dictation system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and work well under pressure. They will also have a comprehensive range of practical Microsoft products and project management skills.

Main Duties
  • To assist in the day-to-day administration of the Trust's Systems managed by the Digital Solutions and Service Delivery Department.
  • To maintain data quality across the systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administration of the CareFlow system.
  • Maintain the content and quality of information within the CareFlow system.
  • Deliver training across all CareFlow modules and configure new user accounts ensuring appropriate levels of access.
Person Specification
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Acute Health Sector Systems.
  • Comprehensive range of practical Microsoft products.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
