We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore in Leven Beach, Fife. Located on the picturesque promenade of this seaside town, our purpose-built care home provides high-quality, personalised nursing care for older people.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice. This includes overseeing all aspects of the shift, conducting continuous assessments and planning to implement person-centred care plans, mentoring team members and role-modelling best practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for career development and growth, with access to our mentorship programme and ongoing training. You will have the chance to progress to Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Registered Home Manager roles.
Qualifications and Skills:- Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
