Coach

As a Coach at Nike, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service and leading a team to achieve sales targets. You will manage the daily business in your department, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with Nike standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation standards
  • Ensure the smooth process of all inventories, warranting the sales floor is always full, presentable, and achieves brand standards
  • Work alongside department leads to oversee individual components, while responsible for the overall product journey in store
  • Be responsible for monthly initiative launches
  • Use reporting tools to make commercial decisions
  • Achieve accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders

What You Bring:
  • A passion for Nike and/or love of sport
  • Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions
  • Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
  • Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team
  • Strong focus on communication
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
