Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, offers a unique opportunity for a Business Developer to join its international team in Dubai. As one of the top 15 European Fintechs to work for by AltFi, Ebury provides a range of innovative products, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the financial sector. With a focus on developing new business client opportunities, this role involves creating, managing, and developing leads from cold-calling to close of business. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced team to generate revenue and contribute to Ebury's growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads through cold-calling, segmented by industry sector and foreign exchange turnover
  • Creating the Ebury value proposition by researching clients' needs and identifying potential solutions
  • Presenting Ebury services to prospects and establishing relationships with clients

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Business Developer will also be expected to:

  • Manage relationships with account management teams to speed up the conversion process
  • Keep clients updated on market developments and maintain a strong understanding of currency markets
