Job Title: Quality and Standards Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Standards Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement robust quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Lead the development and maintenance of quality policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
  3. Collaborate with the Head of Quality to ensure the effective implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including those related to assessment and verification.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in quality management within the education sector.
  2. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
