Offshore Wind Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Wind Structural Engineer to join our team at Clarehill Associates. As a specialist in offshore wind structural engineering, you will be responsible for delivering primary steel design work packages for concept, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), and detailed designs in collaboration with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive design of vast offshore foundations
  • Leading the design of primary steel structures for offshore wind turbines
  • Stress analysis and loads analysis for offshore wind turbine foundations
  • Experience in offshore wind foundation design and primary steel structure design engineering
  • Loads Analysis (e.g., offshore loading and dynamics of offshore wind turbine foundations)
  • Fatigue, Dynamics, Wind, waves, Vibrations, Non-Linear analyses
  • Experience as Owners Engineers, Package Manager, Engineering Manager or Contract Manager
  • Certifications from agencies like DNV-GL, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, etc.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in offshore wind structural engineering
  • Primary Steel Structure design engineering for Offshore Wind (e.g., Chartered / Masters/ Relevant PhD an advantage)
  • Loads Analysis (e.g., offshore loading and dynamics of offshore wind turbine foundations)
  • Fatigue, Dynamics, Wind, waves, Vibrations, Non-Linear analyses
  • Experience as Owners Engineers, Package Manager, Engineering Manager or Contract Manager
  • Certifications from agencies like DNV-GL, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, etc.
