About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at HMP Bronzefield. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical assessment and treatment to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychosocial and clinical interventions to individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of individuals
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • NMC registration (active NMC pin)
  • NMP qualification
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
