Rotherwood Recruitment (2020) Limited is seeking a qualified Plastering Specialist to join their responsive repairs team.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing high-quality plastering repairs at clients' homes to meet the company's standards
• Managing stock and ordering materials to ensure efficient operations
• Operating a company vehicle and commuting to/from work in a safe and responsible manner
• Ensuring all work orders are completed to a high standard and minimizing follow-up work
• Prioritizing workloads daily to deliver exceptional customer service
• Completing jobs to the highest standard on the first attempt
• Maintaining a safe working environment in line with current Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Exhibiting a professional demeanor while completing repairs

Essential Criteria

• City & Guilds or NVQ2 or equivalent in a relevant trade - plastering
• A valid full driving license
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Experience working in the construction sector
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices in the workplace

Desirable Criteria

• Experience working in social housing
• Experience working in property maintenance
• Ability to use a PDA or electronic job system

Working Conditions

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Pay: £14.88 per hour
