Empowerment Assistant

Job Description
This Support Worker role involves building relationships with the people we support, helping them with day-to-day tasks such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, and attending appointments. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to making a positive difference in someone's life.

You will work closely with the individual to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop a plan to support them in achieving these objectives. This may involve accompanying them to social events, supporting them with leisure activities, or simply being a listening ear when needed.

As a Support Worker, you will be empowered to take ownership of your caseload, working autonomously to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support. You will also be part of a wider team, contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs that benefit our service users.
