Position: Educational Support Assistant
Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Educational Support Assistants to provide essential support within Primary School environments. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive learning atmosphere and ensuring the well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the classroom Teacher with daily educational activities and administrative tasks.
2. Prepare learning materials and organize the classroom environment.
3. Offer individualized support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
4. Engage with students to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
5. Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to enhance their social and emotional development.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with prior experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, particularly in a Key Stage 1 setting. Relevant references will be required to validate your experience working with children.
