Chadwick Nott's Inquest Solicitor Role

We are looking for a skilled solicitor to conduct inquests on behalf of NHS clients and independent health and social care providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and be interested in developing their career in the healthcare sector.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including those involving mental health and mental capacity issues, medical treatment decisions, and safeguarding and access disputes. You will also receive a highly competitive salary of around £80,000 per annum, as well as support from experienced team members and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health-related inquests on behalf of NHS clients and independent health and social care providers
  • Advising on health and social care advisory issues, including mental health and mental capacity
  • Working with local authorities on safeguarding and access disputes
  • Assisting with continuing healthcare and individual funding requests

Requirements:

  • Strong litigation experience from a top-quality firm
