About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Shared Lives Scheme as Respite Caregivers. As a Respite Caregiver, you will provide supportive care to individuals in need, creating a safe and welcoming environment in your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respite care to individuals with eligible needs, creating a supportive and inclusive environment in your home.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated coordinators to ensure a smooth matching process and ongoing support.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Enjoy significant tax incentives, including £18,140 per household per year and £450 per person supported per week (up to a maximum of 3 people) tax-free.
