Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor mechanical plant and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
  • Carry out plumbing repairs, including unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers
  • Manage BMS systems and perform temperature checks
  • Conduct all aspects of M&E/fabric maintenance, including updating logbooks
  • Work within Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
  • Install and replace hot water cylinders, pipework, boilers, and temperature control systems
