About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective and individual targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills
