Job Title: KS1 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to provide support to children with special educational needs (SEN) in a KS1 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN in a KS1 setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Help with pupil's personal care needs if required
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Primary School setting
  • Experience working with SEN children
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
