This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Lifestyle market.

As a Mobile Plumbing biased Building Services Engineer, you will be required to carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks. You will be C&G qualified in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline, ideally with experience working in a similar environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical / Plumbing elements of the building.
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works.
  • Occasional report writing.
  • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing, General building skills.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS Check will be required.

We have a variable shift pattern rota, late shifts twice a week (40 hours per week).
