About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electroplating Craftsman to join our team at THOMAS LYTE LIMITED. As an integral part of our workshop, you will be responsible for plating some of the world's most iconic sporting trophies, as well as bespoke pieces.
The ideal candidate will have experience in metal plating and possess excellent hand skills, gained in an engineering environment. They must be able to handle brass, copper, and precious metals with precision and attention to detail.
A strong understanding of quality control processes is essential, as you will be assisting with ensuring the highest standards are maintained in all finished productions.
Responsibilities:
- Electroplating of bespoke trophies, awards, and objects
- Liaising with colleagues for making, polishing, plating, engraving, and administration
- Quality control of finished products
- Contributing new ideas to the dynamic environment
- Understanding and complying with Health and Safety protocols
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including company bonus scheme, private healthcare, auto-enrolment pension scheme, and 23 days holiday.
