Role Overview

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing materials and activities that drive customer desire for Countryside Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup of new marketing suites and show homes, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Coordinate advertising and media schedules, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including briefing agencies and managing amends.
  • Monitor email marketing best practices and trends, implementing improvements to enhance performance.
  • Provide general office support, including maintaining a brochure log and arranging for delivery to developments and Head Office.
  • Proofread marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO9001 and PMA standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about marketing, construction, and housebuilding.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use your own initiative, with good time management and a full driving licence.
