We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with suppliers and will be responsible for leading structured problem resolution activities at key strategic suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • To build relationships with supplier leadership teams to influence improvement activities within the supplier
  • To collect and analyse data on allocated suppliers' performance and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
