Branch Manager Opportunity

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales team in North London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of negotiators, and ensuring the overall office targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register through effective sales strategies and market appraisals.
  • Utilise our company's technology to generate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Act as an industry expert, providing exceptional customer service and cross-selling other services to clients, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Develop and execute clear management strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Manage a team of negotiators, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are exceeded.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring properties move forward to change of contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant legislation and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in Estate Agency, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Lettings & Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in a concise and clear manner.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience at Management level, with a strong desire to progress and challenge yourself continually.
  • ARLA or NAEA qualification is an advantage, but not a necessity.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • A car allowance of £2,500 per annum.
  • An OTE of around £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
