**Role Description**

At Trinny London, we are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Artist and Team Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our counter staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand values.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct a variety of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise and knowledge to each customer.
  • Embody Trinny London's brand and style, consistently delivering a high level of artistry and product knowledge.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a positive and motivated attitude.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product knowledge and promoting our brand offerings.
  • Support your Business Manager in planning events, completing rotas, and motivating the team to improve their artistry and product knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills and experience with data capture targets.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
  • Personable with a customer-centric mindset.
