About the Role:

As a Strategic Banking Solutions Architect at Starling Bank Limited, you will leverage your expertise in banking software and digital transformation to drive client success. You will use your technical knowledge to explain the Engine technology and architecture, uncover client requirements, and support the design of client solutions.

  • You will collaborate with engineers to architect and refine specific capabilities and localizations needed for clients, as well as work with our Client Success team to resolve technical issues, define new technical requirements, and architect new capabilities.
  • You will bring an in-depth knowledge of banking software, digital transformation, and financial services technology to client conversations and solutions, using your experience to help clients on their journey of modernizing their technology delivery approach with Engine.
  • We are looking for someone who has technical/solution architecture experience at a technology company, fintech, or financial services company, and ideally a software engineering background.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with engineers to help architect and refine specific capabilities and localizations needed for a client.
  2. Collaborate with our Client Success team on an ongoing basis to help resolve technical issues, define new technical requirements, and architect new capabilities.
  3. Help clients on their journey of modernizing their technology delivery approach with Engine, using your experience of various technologies, from mainframes to microservices.
