Job Overview:

ProfDoc is seeking a seasoned Clinical Pharmacy Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager Lead will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to pharmacy staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and development of pharmacy staff
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services
Benefits:

We offer a generous salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
