As a Senior Culinary Manager with Barchester Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of chefs in delivering high-quality, seasonal cuisine to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in creating nutritious and flavoursome menus that cater to the needs of our residents
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of quality and safety
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment

About You:

  • A qualified chef with City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • A strong understanding of nutrition and the ability to create menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • The ability to work within a budget and manage stock control effectively
