Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our team at Michael Page (UK) as a Commercial Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, IP/IT, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal support to the marketing, procurement, digital, e-commerce, and other business units.
  2. Negotiate and draft contracts, including marketing agency framework agreements, talent agreements, sponsorship agreements, partnership agreements, licence agreements, and data processing agreements.
  3. Review and advise on regulatory compliance for digital campaigns involving consumer personal data.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, IP/IT, and data protection.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn around drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and requests for marketing and advertising advice in good time.
