Job Opportunity for Senior Oracle HCM Consultant.

A leading provider of recruitment services, Searchability NS&D, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team.

  • As a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, you will lead a team of consultants in delivering Oracle-based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing the delivery plan for your workstream, following the methodology and business operating model for your area, and leading and driving contribution to the methodology and business operating model.
  • You will interact and influence client project team stakeholders, assist them in taking key decisions for Oracle implementation programs, and plan and lead the delivery of client-facing workshops and meetings.
  • You will create well-structured and accurate deliverables, such as project plans, requirements, business processes, design and configuration documents, specifications, test plans, and other artefacts.
  • You will manage the time and budget allocation for your team's tasks, monitor your own billable utilization against target, and identify opportunities to increase your utilization.
  • You will ensure quality standards are adhered to for your team and support in improving quality standards in the business.
  • You will highlight any project risks relating to your workstream and other project activity, propose mitigations where applicable, and manage any project risks relating to your workstream.
  • You will share your knowledge, experience, and best practices within the team and your extended network.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Within Oracle Cloud HCM, you should have solid and demonstrable experience in Performance and Goal Management (part of Talent) and a mix of broader skills, specifically Core HR and Talent Profiles as a minimum.
  • Strong client-facing and consultancy experience is required.
  • You should have proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle-based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent presentation skills, and well-organized and structured approach are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong client management skills, are required.
  • You should be willing to travel and be away from home.
