Amazon Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketing Specialist to join our team at Phee Farrer Jones. As a key member of our Activation team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon campaigns across various channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize Amazon campaigns to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Media Planning: Develop and implement media plans that demonstrate a deep understanding of client accounts and propose innovative testing ideas.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute Amazon campaigns within buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve campaign performance by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure campaign alignment with their expectations and provide expert advice.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed end-of-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Trafficking Support: Provide basic trafficking support as needed to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with Amazon partners to deliver exceptional service and opportunities for clients.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts to foster their growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Search and/or DSP experience.
  • Experience in client and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
