About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Caregiver Cook to join our team at Boxgrove House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Manage kitchen inventory and budget effectively
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of nutrition
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
