Caregiver CookEstimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Caregiver Cook to join our team at Boxgrove House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Manage kitchen inventory and budget effectively
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of nutrition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
