Complex and Large Catastrophic Personal Injury Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our client's team in Diss, just minutes from the railway station. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value and challenging personal injury claims, with a salary of up to £40k and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a demanding caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims
  • Work closely with Panel Solicitors to develop effective strategies for catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k
  • Assess claims within agreed authority levels while maintaining a commercially savvy approach
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing catastrophic or multi-track claims exceeding £100k
  • Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail
