Longcliffe Quarries Ltd is seeking a skilled Fixed Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of fixed plant equipment to a high standard, in compliance with company SHE and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are effectively carried out for all activities.
Maintain and repair fixed plant equipment to a high standard, while complying with all company standards.
Carry out periodic inspections, adhering to planned maintenance schedules.
Compile specific reports as requested by your line manager.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Fabricate work on plant improvements and repairs as required.
Report maintenance tasks and issues to your line manager.
Requirements:
Ability to carry out task-specific risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Good understanding of Health & Safety Practices.
Flexibility to undertake a range of tasks.
Team player with a flexible 'can do' attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop is essential.
Good IT and communication skills.
Good numeracy and literacy skills required.
Driving Licence.
