Job Summary:

nGenium is currently partnered with a multinational leader in medical devices. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to the service, repair, and maintenance of decontamination equipment for hospitals and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, high-quality engineering support for medical equipment, including acceptance testing, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Offer first-line assistance, advice, and assessment of client technical queries by telephone when required.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of equipment in support of the Technical Team on projects when required.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development, as well as high-quality OEM training on a range of devices.
  • Install new equipment at various sites and provide operator training.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of HNC/ONC or degree in electronics, mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • 2+ years' experience in a field service engineer position within decontamination.
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining sterilizers and washer disinfectors.
  • Training to NHS guidance - STM/HTM/WTM, etc.
  • A full UK driving license and the right to work.
