Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence, ensuring that every dish that leaves your station is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Excellence: Execute dishes with precision and artistry, upholding the exacting culinary standards synonymous with Three Darlings.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Foster a spirit of collaboration and cooperation in the kitchen, readily assisting fellow chefs and contributing to a harmonious work environment.
  • Meticulous Preparation: Prepare and present all ingredients to the highest standards, from meticulous chopping and seasoning to elegant plating, following our established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain unwavering attention to quality and consistency within your section. Conduct regular quality checks and taste tests to ensure that each dish meets our exacting standards.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations, keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe. Promote stringent kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Mentorship: Share your culinary knowledge and skills with junior kitchen staff, guiding to nurture their growth within our culinary team.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to create new dishes and seasonal menus. Infuse your creativity and expertise into enhancing our culinary offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or Michelin-starred establishment.
  • Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous.
