We are looking for an exceptional Associate Director of South East Land to lead our land acquisition efforts in the South East region, working closely with our development team to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the land acquisition team in the South East region, developing and implementing strategies to secure prime land sites.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure prime land sites.
- Conduct site visits, appraisals, and due diligence to evaluate land suitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in land acquisition or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the UK property market, including land acquisition, planning, and development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- MRICS or similar professional qualification desirable.
