Vision for Education - Sheffield is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Classroom Supervisor. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in secondary school education prior to pursuing Initial Teacher Training.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification and a genuine passion for supporting young people. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher, working with classes of approximately 30 pupils across various subjects.

This role provides a comprehensive training program to equip new employees with the necessary skills. While previous experience in a secondary school is desirable, it is not essential.
