Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Education Specialist to join our team at Arts Council England. As an integral part of our Cultural Education Network, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative programs that support teachers and cultural educators in providing high-quality cultural experiences for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training and resources for teachers and cultural educators on arts education best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues, schools, and organizations to co-create new initiatives and programs
- Facilitate webinars and in-person events to promote knowledge sharing and networking opportunities
- Work closely with partners across England to ensure our offer complements other initiatives
To succeed in this role, you must be creative, proactive, empathetic, and collaborative, with an appetite for building knowledge and expertise beyond your area of specialism. A degree in education, arts, or a related field is required, as well as experience in arts education or a related field.
