We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician (Apprentice) to join our Operations Team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document creation: Gather information from files and complete standard document templates for internal and external distribution.
  • Data entry: Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems at a competent level.
  • Management information: Create and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring prompt attention to urgent matters.

Requirements
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
  • Commitment to studying and achieving the Cert CII qualification within an 18-24 month period.
