About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Brakes as an Area Sales Manager in South West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and retaining customers, delivering profitable volume growth versus targets, and effectively partnering with customers to add value.

A key accountability will be to build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector. You will also be responsible for understanding competitor activity & proposals, ensuring you are always offering your customers the best local solutions.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £37,000 + uncapped bonus potential, a home-based contract, company car, and additional holiday purchase options. In return, we offer a dynamic and inclusive workplace that celebrates and values diversity.

You will have the opportunity to work proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover. As a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market, you will play a key role in promoting our award-winning products at virtually cost price.
